Allowances are the free allowance on a standard economy fare and were checked against each airline in October 2026. The larger overhead bag is a paid extra on Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz Air and Aer Lingus, and on the cheapest fares of some other carriers (Lufthansa Economy Light, Finnair Light and similar), so those are listed for the under-seat allowance only. Always check your own fare before you fly.

  • Used it for three weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia as my only bag. Shoes, jackets, the lot — and the pump means you can repack it in a hostel in about a minute.

  • Flew Jet2 to Faro with it as my cabin bag and it went straight in the locker. Two weeks of clothes in one backpack, and nothing went in the hold.

  • Sixty litres on your back sounds like a lot until you carry it. Well balanced and the straps have not dug in once. No more waiting at the carousel.

Features
  • Clears the 55 × 40 × 20cm cabin allowance
  • Vacuum compression built into the main compartment
  • Holds up to 60 litres of clothing, compressed
  • Padded 17in laptop compartment
  • Anti-theft combination lock
  • Water-resistant outer material
How it Works

Pack the bag as you normally would, then close the compression compartment.

Clip the included pump onto the one-way valve and press once. It draws the trapped air out of your clothes in about thirty seconds.

Soft items lose roughly half their bulk, so the depth drops from 20cm to about 15cm. Sixty litres of packing goes on your back and still sits inside the cabin allowance most European carriers publish.

Why you will love it

Sixty litres is suitcase capacity. Carrying it as a backpack is what keeps it out of the hold, so you walk off the plane and straight out of the airport instead of standing at the carousel.

The compression compartment is the part people are surprised by. It takes the packed depth down to roughly 15cm, which is how sixty litres of clothing ends up inside a bag the locker will still take.

The rest is the detail you would want anyway: a padded 17in laptop compartment, a combination lock and a water-resistant outer.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United Kingdom.

Black is held in stock and leaves us within 3 working days, sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Express delivery is available at checkout and aims for the next working day after dispatch — Royal Mail do not guarantee it.

Every other colour is ordered in, so allow about 14 working days. On a two-bag order the whole order travels at the pace of the slower bag.

You will get tracking by email as soon as your bag is dispatched. Prices include all duties and taxes, with nothing further to pay on delivery.

Returns and refunds

45 days to change your mind, from the day your bag arrives. It needs to come back unused and in its original packaging.

Return postage is yours unless the bag is faulty or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

Your legal rights sit underneath all of this and we cannot reduce them. Full details are in our refund policy.

What RebelPak owners say

  • Customer packing a black RebelPak on a hotel bed
    ★★★★★

    Straight past the gate

Took the 60L to Alicante and it went straight in the overhead without a second look. The compression zip is the bit that sold me — a full week of clothes went in.

    ★★★★★

    Holds more than it looks

My husband bought me the 60L before a trip to Bordeaux. Two weeks of clothes went in it and it still went in the locker on Jet2.

    ★★★★★

    Three months, no complaints

Three months around Southeast Asia with the 60L and there is barely a mark on it. The pump gets used every single time we repack.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it actually fit in the overhead locker? +

It measures 49 × 32 × 20cm and compresses to about 15cm deep, inside the 55 × 40 × 20cm cabin allowance most European carriers publish. Use the airline checker further up the page to see your own airline's allowance before you buy.

Does the compression need power at the airport? +

No. The pump charges over USB-C and runs from a power bank, so there is nothing to plug in while you are travelling.

Can I take this as well as a cabin bag? +

This is your cabin bag rather than an extra one, so check your fare includes a cabin bag allowance — the cheapest tickets on some carriers only cover a small personal item.

Which airlines does it work with? +

Any carrier with a cabin allowance of 55 × 40 × 20cm or larger, which covers most European airlines. The checker above lists them individually.

How long does delivery take? +

Black is in stock and leaves us within 3 working days, by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Express delivery at checkout aims for the next working day after dispatch, though Royal Mail do not guarantee it. Every other colour is ordered in, so allow about 14 working days.

What if it does not work for me? +

You have 45 days to send it back for a full refund, unused and in its original packaging.
